extensive experience in solar-powered irrigation, water supply, and renewable energy
integration. She has led impactful projects with partners such as GIZ, FAO, World Vision,
ALIGHT, and Water for People, and played a key role in implementing the MAAIF–UGIFT
micro-scale irrigation program. Shine is passionate about climate-smart innovation and
community empowerment.

client support, inquiry handling, data management, and ensuring smooth office operations.
With a background in Economics from Makerere University Business School, she brings excellent
communication skills and attention to detail.
